cant specify cities of zambia instead of zipcodes or countries in shipping zones

    Hi naheed12,

    Sorry for not replying sooner, we only monitor this forum intermittently.

    The Plus version supports state-based shipping zones. I would recommend that you add the cities as custom states. You would then be able to create state-based zones using these cities and the create shipping rates for each zone.
