Can’t solve “Please fill out the form on the previous page”

  • I read all the info and search in google, but I can’t find a solution to the problem.
    When I enter SUBMIT to go to the second step, always have the same leyend “Please fill out the form on the previous page”.
    I clear the CACHE, but nothing always the same.

    I don’t know how to solve this.
