    I have multiple signup forms for different things and my users can’t signup more than once through different forms.

    Getting errors “Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again later.”

    Even when I try to test different emails personally, it will not let me use my own email again even though I deleted it completely from Mailchimp.

    Still gives me the error “Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again later.”

    I just want to test that an automated email is sending but I have to keep making new Fake email addresses to test it every single time because it won’t let me use an email that was previously used.

    I figured out what was happening, but the real problem is that when people sign up for a separate form they aren’t getting the second Tag that is assigned to that form.

    They sign up for one form, get a Tag applied, and then let’s say they want to sign up for another form (to get a different eBook or something), they aren’t getting the second forms Tag.

    They are prompted with “Thank you, your records have been updated!” but they new tag isn’t added to the email address, which then doesn’t trigger the OnGoing message via Tag inside of mailchimp.

    Anyone have an idea of a solution?

    Hey Anthony,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Can you please let us know if you are using the premium version of our plugin or the free version? The free version does not support multiple forms.

    Also, the “tags” support was added recently to our plugin and have some limitations, i.e. it can only be used when someone subscribes for the first time. I would recommend using interest groups for this purpose as they work perfectly.
