    Akismet uses WordPress.com user accounts to manage subscriptions, so it’s likely that those credentials are different than what you use to login to you self-hosted site.

    Try dropping the email address you used to register into this form and you should get an email with instructions on how to reset your password:

    https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

    Ah! I didn’t realize there was a difference between www.remarpro.com and wordpress.com. It’s working now. Thanks!
