Can′t show users profiles

  • We’re having trouble viewing user profiles – clicking on a profile will take you to the homepage. (It does not matter whether the user is logged in or not.)

    In the UM settings, the profile is allowed to others.

    Can anyone help?

    Hello @petrsycha

    Please check if you have any restrictions set up for the profile page and make sure the User trying to view the profile has access to view others’ profiles.

    The profiles were accessible to everyone. They cannot be displayed after activating UM. I did not set any profile display restrictions.
    I am an administrator and I cannot view my profile either: https://www.rybasmrdiodhlavy.cz/author/gaqyu/ the page will always be redirected to the main page.

    Hi @petrsycha

    Is the UM Profile page URL set to /author/ and not /user/ or /profile/?

    WP itself uses /author/ slug to display author posts. Maybe this is causing the conflict issue.
