Can’t show Plugin Free Shipping option in Shipping Zone

    I might be wrong to assume that this plugin Does NOT support zones !!!

    Woocommerce Version 6.9.2
    Site is WPML Translated
    Only 1 Payment Option enabled, Cash upon Delivery.
    Countries is limited to ONLY Egypt & its Zone
    Flat rate is set.
    Created a Free Shipping Condition called “800” with a title in Arabic.

    In Zones Shipping methods I can only Choose built in free shipping, Local Pickup or Flat rate. (No Plug in Free Shipping “800” is found!)

    Upon Fulfilling the condition Free Shipping is granted, title Shows & progress bar is green.
    HOWEVER upon filling the Country as Egypt There is no Payment Options.

    Checkout page has this message instead:
    “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state”

    It was my own plunder!
    It should be added from Managing the PAYMENT OPTION!!!
    Turns out you Go to COD, then add Advanced free shipping next to Flat Rate…
    Woocommerce —> Settings —> Payment Methods —-> Cash on delivery—-> Manage
    —>Enable for shipping methods<—
