Can’t show other languages correctly

    Thanks for such a useful plugin. I love it’s usage very much.
    However, If I input content into Help Tab or Global Help Tab Body in languages like Japanese and Chinese, the Help Tab’s body shows content in chaos. It looks like so:
    é€?è￡?é?￠????…§??1??ˉ??￥?-￡?￠oé?ˉ?¤o??-?–??—????

    But Admin Notice and Admin Footer Text display other languages well.
