Can′t Show Google Recaptcha on Registration Page

    Hello! the google recaptcha for the registration page is not showing, can you please help?

    Hello! The recaptcha is showing now because i added this code to the html head:

    <script src="https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js" async defer></script>

    but now when i click submit it pops an error message:

    “The reCAPTCHA response provided was incorrect. Please re-try.”
