• Hi, i have configure another shipping zone corresponding to specific postal codes, however when i go in the pluggin i can attribute flexible shipping to a role in my main expedition zone (it shows on your pluggin) but when i create a second expedition zone, i am just able to create a flexible shipping but not activate it to a specific role from the pluggin (it isn’t shown on the list), even if i move this expedition zone in first position

    We cannot preview contents from your admin dashboard. We are not allowed to do so by the Forum Guidelines.

    If possible, kindly make some images of the backend setting or preferably, a screen recording video so that we can reproduce the settings on our dev site.

    i have two expedition zone with flexible shipping

    I want to activate the two flexible shipping to “pro” user. I see on the list the one have created for my main zone but not in the second zone. Is it possible to have 2 flexible shipping in the free version? When there is 2 flexible shipping are they listed in the pluggin list of expedition?

    I see just that on the list fom setting (below) , if i am right it correspond to just one flexible shipping. Can you confirm it? in anyway the second zone with flexible shipping is’n’t working in frontend.

    Hi @francois64 ,

    I could not inspect from your description, unfortunately. Each user role can be enabled for more than 1 shipping method from the list. This is possible.

    If possible, you can kindly make a screen recording video so that I can preview the issue from the backend of your site. It’s hard to get the issue from your description.

    Thanks for the video and explanations.

    I watched your video several times and also consulted with our developers about your issue. Our developers said probably our plugin didn’t recognize the second Flexible Shipping method as different from the first one. Our plugin determined that they were the same so only one kind can appear.

    Our developers said in order to confirm that it would require further inspection into how the flexible shipping rules from the other plugin works. It is difficult to do that for plugins on this forum as plugin authors cannot ask for any sensitive information.

    However, to make sure if there is any other workaround or solution for your case, you can also reach out to the author of the Flexible Shipping plugin on your site and ask for further help on how to create the rules so those methods can be treated as different.
