    Hi,

We get the following error after clicking the Amazon Pay button and logging into Amazon (no matter the address):

! Boho Luxe Home can’t ship to NJ. (See attachment for screenshot).

FYI the site in question is https://smithhonig.com.

Currently the button is disabled on the site, but I can re-enable it if you need to test. Also, Amazon said that the issue was due to shipping zones being unavailable/disabled in WooCommerce, but this is not true. In fact, the plugin worked fine until the plugin last update. It broke directly afterwards.

You can view a screenshot of the issue here:

    Thank you for your help.

    Hey @drodrig

you need to check your setting on https://smithhonig.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=general and https://smithhonig.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=shipping if there are specific places to sell or ship, the amazon pay plugin will not let you use them if the address does not match with the restrictions.

    Thank you for your reply.

Regarding the WooCommerce shipping settings — they are the same settings we’ve had for years, and to which the prior version of your plugin worked OK with.

We ship anywhere in the continental US and Canada. FYI, running an order through with the same ship-to address though the normal WooCommerce checkout works fine.

    Any other ideas?

    Tnank you.

Encountering the same issue after updating to the newest version. No change in settings. Now the plugin has the “can’t ship to” message for any shipping address regardless of location. I had to roll back to 1.13.1 because of this issue and multiple other issues. If anyone has any idea why this occurs, I’d like to know, because I was unable to figure it out. Disabled all other plugins and it didn’t fix the issue.
