@safnasash Thanks for reaching out. This message can occur if there is something blocking access to the Site Kit service. This could be at host or browser level. So we can determine more on this, please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. When checking the Site Kit dashboard from a Chrome browser incognito window does the same occur? This can help indicate a browser related block.
    3. Do you see any warnings or errors when checking yourSite Health status (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from your Site Health information requested above? Such errors may include REST endpoint references.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

@safnasash Thanks for sharing. The thing that stands out to me here is point number 2 regarding www.remarpro.com not being able to be reached. It would be good if you could get this resolved before we troubleshoot this further to see if this resolves the issue on the Site Kit side.

I have found a previous support topic on this which may provide you with some answers. If you are unable to fix this from that topic then I would suggest opening a new topic in the Fixing WordPress forum.

Once resolved, check if your Site Kit is still having issues and if so then please let us know here and we can look further into this with you.
