• Hi guys,

I installed the plugin yesterday but I can’t make it work. I already have it on another site, so I thought it would have been easy, but there’s something wrong.

On the FACEBOOK PIXEL SETUP panel I can’t use the facebook connect, it recognizes me as logged but in the dropdown menu I have nothing and I can’t go back anymore on the manual setup. I can’t disconnect, because if I press YES to disconnect the profile, nothing happens.
I can’t activate the debug mode, because I have no sliders/buttons to check/press in order to.

I cleared every cache, browser side, server side, I waited for the servers to refresh but nothing changes. What should I do?

    Thanks,
    Luca

    Hi,

it seems there is some plugin or theme conflict. Could you please share a screenshot of the settings page.

Furthermore, please open the console tab (see here how to: https://webmasters.stackexchange.com/questions/8525/how-do-i-open-the-javascript-console-in-different-browsers#answer-77337), then make sure to be inside the “console” tab and finally paste here if there are some errors (the red messages).

Also, if you can, please try to deactivate all plugins and see if the issue disappear. If so, activate back the plugins one by one until the issue appears again. In this case, tell me what is the plugin causes the conflict.
If any plugin isn’t the cause, please do the same also with the current theme. Activate temporary the Twenty theme (the default one of WordPress) and test the issue. After having checked, activate back your current theme.

Make these tries and let me know.

Hi, thanks for the quick reply!

Let’s start with the screenshots and the code:

    https://ibb.co/hxEHmk

About the error code, it shows the same message on all the plugin’s tabs:

    admin.min.js?ver=1.2.2:7 Uncaught Error: Highcharts error #16: www.highcharts.com/errors/16
        at b (admin.min.js?ver=1.2.2:7)

    (anonymous) @ admin.min.js?ver=1.2.2:7

    Does it help?

    Thanks,
    Luca

Found it. It’s the SEOzoom plugin that causes it. If I deactivate it, everything works and I can set up the pixel properly.
As soon as I activate it again, it breaks everything.

    Hi,

great, thanks helping me to understand what is the cause of your issues.
Now, I see this plugin is not free, so I cannot test in my local env and try to find a solution.

Could you please contact the plugin support and inform them about the conflict? I hope they can help you with this issue, maybe they have something wrong in their plugin that causes the conflict in Pixel Caffeine that I cannot see because I can’t have their plugin.

    Let me know, thanks.
