    Dear admin,

    I just installed and setup wsdesk. I got problem on IMAP Server SSL Port for gmail (993). When I activate IMAP, the status will be server not found.

    Please help me to solve that problem.

    I just following that documentaion step by step. But still error on IMAP Server SSL Port 993.

    What credentials do you mean?

    Hi,

    We mean the credentials like email id and password that you enter while activating IMAP in WSDesk settings.
