    Hi there,

    I’ve had issues with this plugin before serveral months back, and the problems haven’t gone away despite trying about 10 different things.

    First issue – when I install/activate the plugin, my screen shows an error:

    Error: Invalid token

    Next issue – when I go to https://app.mobilemonkey.com/chatbot-editor/206316/configure/chatbot to review the settings of the chatbot (as I was instructed before), and to clear any cache settings, when I login through my Facebook account I’m seeing access to a completely different Facebook page (Prime Power Partners), see screenshot here: https://imgur.com/a/BbOa0dD

    I have Facebook admin access to the Facebook business I’m trying to set this up for.

    I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, plus installing it manually by adding a script to the site. Last time the chatbot wouldn’t function and was “locked” on all pages – so no-one could interact with it.

    Thanks for any help.

    An update – even if I find the right page to manage within the MobileMonkey site, if I click to refresh the connection, the WordPress page still shows the invalid token error. See attached: https://imgur.com/a/k98THgr

    Hi, @glenbelt
    To answer you questions:
    1. Invalid token error will be looked by developers and I’ll update you later on its resolution

    2.In MobileMonkey you have access to two companies, one of them is Prime Media Consulting. Must be that onwner of the company invited you there. If don’t need access to it, I can remove. Please confirm that I should remove you

    3. Regarding the script here is what you need to do:
    – Go to Appearance -> Theme (or Theme Editor)
    – Find on the right panel Theme Header (header.php)
    – Paste in between <head> and </head> tags

    Please note that if you pasting the script directly you no longer need to use Wp-Chatbot as all the settings could be done from Mobilemonkey app -> Website -> Customer Chat widget

    Let me know if you have any questions

    Hi Inga,

    I’ve had someone from your team reach out via email to assist – but I’m assuming your advice here still stands.

    1 – Please let me know, as you can understand this is quite frustrating that the error persists.

    2 – Yes, please remove them, as I didn’t request that.

    3 – I’m not sure what you mean here. Do I need to add the script, or not? If so, what is the script I need to add?
    What is the best option if I want a chatbot which works without issues?

    Thanks

    Hi, @glenbelt
    For the #1 devs are looking at the moment
    #2 – removed
    #3 – yes, I meant you need to add the script to the source code. Please follow this URL to edit chat widget bot/settings https://app.mobilemonkey.com/chatbot-editor/238136/customer-chat/edit/4916876/213783
    On step #5 there will be script you need to copy.

    Sorry, cannot identify you, but the page is currently connected to the The Matt Tutt Company.
    If this is you then you should be able to access the URL provided above.

    If you need any help let me know

    Hi, @glenbelt
    Regarding Invalid token error, we investigated and see that you need to refresh the token from the app:
    1. Visit https://app.mobilemonkey.com/
    2. Go to Settings -> Maintenance -> Click Refresh Connection with Facebook
    3. Once done, try to connect the page to WP-Chatbot again

    Let me know if that worked for you

    Hi Inga,

    I’m having an issue now where the chatbot wont close – clicking the x icon doesn’t do anything.

    Thanks for any help

    Hi, @glenbelt
    We are looking at the issue, I’ll send you to update when get any results

    Hi, @glenbelt
    In the source code line 58 you have this:

    iframe, video {
    max-height: 100% !important;
    max-width: 100%;
    vertical-align: top;
    }

    !important is what causing the issue, please remove it and the widget will be loaded correctly
    Better don’t set styles for all iframes on the website, this might cause issues

    That seems to have done the trick – thanks Inga!

    Sorry – spoke to soon. The chatbot doesn’t load the top section – the initial area appears to be cut off…

    Thanks

    @glenbelt, this caused by https://vmlawnyc.com/wp-content/cache/wpfc-minified/6l4k5uyp/4hlmm.css
    wrong line is min-height: 100px;
    If you remove it should be working well
