Cant set up the plugin

I installed this plugin but was not asked for my Zoho creds as the installation instructions say. When I try to set it up by going to https://hostmagi.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=crmforms-builder it does ask me for API creds. I enter mt client ID and secret, but I cannot edit the Authorization Redirect URI and when I try to submit, I get this “

Invalid Redirect Uri

Redirect URI passed does not match with the one configured

I cannot select any of the tabs at the top like settings, logs, authentication as they are greyed out and unclickable.

I tried uninstalling, clearing the plugin tables from the DB, and reinstalling. Still no good.

Would love any help I can get!
