Can't set up a website language

    Hi!
    I need to set up two languages (russian and english). I installed everything by instructions and it looks like working but the trouble appears within language settings. I choose English and after saving it switches back to Russian. So I’ve got two russian flags in the widget and can’t set up corresponding english-russian pages. Help me please!
