    Hi,

    I have wordpress 4.3 multisite english

    Other sites are registered with your plugin successfully, but this one – can’t…

    I try to regenerate API key – it sends me it by email with the same key, but when i put it in plugin settings – i get:

    Sucuri: (1440324906) Send_log: Log file not found. This generally happens when you add an invalid API key, the key will be deleted automatically to hide these warnings, if you want to recover it go to the settings page and use the recover button to send the key to your email address.

    If i do “recover” – i get: Sucuri: (1440324744) Recover_key: Key does not exist .

    And so on – no exit from this loop…

    I’ve found the folder is writable by apache and sucuri is able to store last logins file there…

    Please advice!

  • I am having the same exact issue….

    Same issue for me.

    Generate API Key => receive key in mail.
    Enter key => Logs issue

    Marking as resolved; this was fixed in the latest version of the code, there were some issues with the connectivity of the API service, we added more nodes in the network to prevent this from happening again; thanks for your patience.
