Can’t change default order status

  • I cannot change the default order status.

    I’ve enabled that particular module and selected the new status, and I’ve disabled all other plugins.

    As a premium member, I emailed support 5 days ago, followed up twice, but it’s crickets there. I need to launch this website soon… any help appreciated.
