Can’t set image or SKU

  • Although I have set a product image in the Woocommerce product and an SKU, neither is displayed.

    Plugins (WooCommerce and YITH Tickets) are updated to the latest version.

    What’s wrong please?

    how are you doing? I hope everything is ok.

    I have done some tests on my local installation and everything works well, so I could not replicate your issue.

    We have done some tests and we are not able to replicate your issue. We suggest you to deactivate all the plugins and just leave “WooCommerce” and “Yith Tickets” and also activate the theme “Twenty sixteen”. With this configuration you should have a basic WordPress installation based on “WooCommerce” and “Yith Tickets” which should work properly. So, from this point, you could try to activate your themes and plugins to see if there is a conflict when they are activated and localized the issue to find a solution.
