Can't set date to an event

When setting date to en event I get a default value: today until 02/07/2020.

I’ve deleted all my plugins file and reinstall them.
The result was the same.

When installing it on a new wordpress I see that I can choose from a calendar tooltip. It’s not working on my site.

*** I’ve found the solution: It was the Genesis Featured Images plugin. I’ve disabled it – and it’s working again.
