Can’t set counter after update

Also, can you check in your database if a new table “wp_srs_simple_hits_counter” was created or not, and is your counter not updating at all or it just reset to 0 but counting fine.

Yes, database table exists but it’s store only main domain stat, and there work the counter reset too.

So the problem is, that it’s not work with multisites.

It works with multisites. Have you enabled the plugin on other child sites.

Please share screenshots on the setting page and the list of your tables.

Also, on plugin dashboard page do you see the graph. If not please press f12, click on console and share the screenshot.

Ok, this is what you need to do. Deactivate the plugin from network dashboard and then activate on individual site dashboards.
