Can’t set” add” a product image

  • Hi,

    I am facing an issue with my website. I don’t know when it started because i didn’t add new products for a while. I can’t set a product image or replace an image for an existing product. I can still add images to product gallery. I tried every possible solution including deactivating all plugins but i that didn’t work. I am using the latest update of wordpress with divi theme, i also used an updated version of the theme but still not able to add a product image

    Hope someone would help. My website is pmvision.ca

    This is an example of new product where i was able to add an image to the gallery, but not the main image Example
    if you see, all older product are with images” i can’t replace them now”

    Hi Nancy!

    What a confounding problem. Are you able to add any images at all to your website? If not, that may be the root of the issue!

    I recommend checking with your host to make sure you have enough storage space and that your upload permissions are correctly set.

    It’s also worth asking– do the images you’re trying to add have very large file sizes? If so, it’s worth searching plugins for an image optimizer plugin and seeing if that makes a difference!

    Thank you for the response.
    I can upload images to the media library , but i can’t add it to woocomerce product” i can add it to product gallery but not the main product image” . I can’t add existing image, or changing product image so i stopped adding new products for now until i find a solution. I have unlimited storage so it is not the problem. I also use image optimiser and regenerate thumbnails.

    @all: I have the same problem. Deactivated all plugins, they’re all up to date.

    I can upload images but can’t set a image as “Product Image”. The Gallery works too.
