    Did you correctly set “Front End PM Page” in Dashboard > Front End PM > Settings > General?

    Did you add shortcode [front-end-pm] in that page?

    2. Do you have any other code in that page where you added [front-end-pm]
    3. Are you using any custom code for this plugin?
