Can't send – somethings blocking

I’m having the same issue since the last WP upgrade.

just installed contact form 7….will it work on localhost? I put valid emails in the proper form fields but those emails are NOT on localhost since localhost has no email accounts.

and why does the shortcode appear in text above the created form. that looks weird.

I does not really help – but wordpress and updates is the biggest jungle in the world.

I tried with af fresh installed and it works, so it’ not the plugin alone.
