Can’t send note to customer in order

    Hi All,

    After upgrade wordpress to version 4.9.6 and Woocommerce version 3.4.2. I can’t send private note and note to customer in order page.

    On the GUI not showing some error and console showing https://prntscr.com/jw4kvz

    Please kindly advice. It’s critical for me.

    The screenshot you linked to is broken ??

    With that said, it sounds like there might be a JavaScript error in your admin area. This is typically caused by a theme/plugin conflict. To check for that: Are you still experiencing the same issue after deactivating all of your plugins (except WooCommerce) and switching to the default Twenty Seventeen theme?

    Copy image url then open on new tab. it work :).

    yes, it because javascript error in Admin Page > Woocommerce > Order (other page in woocommerce is working properly). i’m not sure what happen because after upgraded wordpress to version 4.9.6. is working fine.

    BTW, I will test it with your suggest.

    Hi RK,

    I’ve tried disable all plugin (except woocommerce) and switching to default theme. WPML Multilingual CMS is conflict with woocommerce/wordpress.

    Do I need to contact WPML to solve this issues?

    Please kindly advice.

    Yes, if during your testing you found the issue to be resolved when deactivating WPML, you’ll need to address this with their team for assistance.
