Can’t send emails

    Hello, I installed your plugin and followed the documentation, but when I try to send an email using the “Test Email” option, it gives me the following error:

    @luisadraws, This message comes from WordPress when there is a fatal error: There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

    Do you have any plugin that saves all the outgoing emails? Please provide the content of the “Server Info” tab so I can take a look.

    Hello,

    I am not getting any admin email for some reason.

    I only have Akismet and WP Maintenance Mode installed, besides Gmail SMTP.

    Sorry I forgot to mention that I made a re-installation of WordPress yesterday and I got all these errors.

    I’ll just try to fully install it again and see how it goes.

    Okay so I tested another SMTP plugin and it worked fine, the issue is with your plugin.

    Did your web host disable cURL on the server?

    No, curl module is installed and enabled in my server.

    php-curl is already the newest version (2:7.3+70+ubuntu16.04.1+deb.sury.org+6).

    @luisadraws, Not sure why it failed to initialize cURL. Can you please check what it says under “Tools > Site Health”?

    Please also provide the content of the “Server Info” tab so I can take a look.
