    Hi,

    I’ve been facing this issue for two months. Why woocommerce didn’t fire any email to partner for new order ? Basically, after order being made, email will be fired to three parties, admin, partner and customer. Admin and customer, they are working fine. Only have problem with partner. I already asked theme side, they said it’s plugin fault. And i think this is true because order email all come from woocommerce, not theme.

    Email problems can be tricky to sort out. I would suggest installing an email logging plugin. What these will do is keep track of all the emails that are sent by WordPress (and WooCommerce). Any errors that happen within WordPress will also be logged for you. With that, you can see if there are any errors for the emails that are specifically sent to your partner.

    Yes i do have email log and yes, no email being sent to partner at all (for booking).

    Do you have the email addresses set properly in each email? Each email at /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=email has its own to settings. To send to multiple email addresses, enter them into the to address for each one and separate them by commas.
