Can’t send email

    Hi Jeff!
    I implemented the form on my website inside a Elementor template. When I try the form, it shows success but no email is sent, neither to the recipient nor as a carbon copy.

    I tried to use it outside Elementor in a normal page, to switch from to PHP mail() from wp_mail() (via plugin option), and also deactivating the plugin we use for security.

    Please help: what’s happening and how can I make it work?

    Hi Torello,

    Glad to help. Most likely there is an issue with somewhere along the email-sending chain. There are a lot of moving parts with email, so it’s easy for even a small detail somewhere to trip things up (e.g., plugin interference, server settings, network issues, et al). Here is an email troubleshooting guide that explains more in-depth, provides steps, clues, and so forth that should help you get it sorted.

    Hi Jeff, good morning

    I’ve installed the plugin in a website and the first time the plugin worked fine.
    However the message was send into spam folder, althoug that no is a problem I can fix it.
    But right now when I try to send a email this is I recive this message:

    Warning: There was an error sending your message. Please notify the site admin using an alternate channel of communication.

    May you help me, I don’t know what happen? Maybe this fail must be because the site no has a SSL Certificate?

    Hi njvdesign, glad to help. Not sure what might be happening, but it sounds like something is misconfigured on the server. You can test this by using another email plugin (or several) and trying again.
