• Trying to send a custom woo email when order is in “pending”.

    I’ve enabled the module and selected “1” custom email called “pending”. Then in Woo
    > settings > emails I activated the email.

    I’ve disabled all other plugins.

    As a premium member, I emailed support 5 days ago, followed up twice, but it’s crickets there. I need to launch this website soon… any help appreciated.
