    Hi,
    If someone could point me in the direction of fixing this issue.
    I have just updated today to the latest version of Woocommerce in a hope that this will resolve the issue. My WordPress and all other plugins are up to date.
    The problem I am having is when you add a product to the shopping cart, proceed to checkout and try completing the checkout form, ‘state’ field is not working (this only is a problem on Mobiles), when you hit state weird blue roundish field appears at the top of the screen but there are no states to choose from.
    I’ve tried following other instructions of people having a similar issue but this was from about two years ago.

    Hey @adaadamska – What steps have you already tried? Typically, issues like this are related to a conflict with your active theme or another plugin.

    I would recommend creating a staging copy of the site that you can access from a mobile device (if you don’t have one already) and first just try going through the checkout flow with a current version of the Storefront theme (or a default WordPress theme like Twenty Nineteen) and see if the same problem still happens. If so, then I would try deactivating plugins- either manually or using something like Meks Quick Plugin Disabler and retesting with just WooCommerce active initially to see if it works then. If so, reactivate plugins individually or in small batches while retesting until it breaks again.

    Thanks for your suggestions.
    I have followed your steps and disabled plugins one by one, I could not even one time see this working properly.
    Regardless of which plugins I had operational I still was unable to choose a ‘state’ from mobile check out page.
    Any other ideas?

    Hey @adaadamska – Did you also try testing with a different theme as well? If not, try temporarily switching to an up-to-date version of the Storefront theme and let me know if that helps or not.
