I’m trying to select an RM form for a group I’ve created. It worked fine for the first group I did but for the second group I cannot get the RM form I created for it to appear. Only 3 forms appear in the Group Registration Form even though I’ve got about 10 RM forms. What have I done wrong?

So looking further I can only select a group registration form that has yes selected for the option to create wp user account. This means that username and password appear on the form even though they are non editable.

How does it work if a user already has an account and wishes to join a group? Can I delete the email, username or password fields?

    Hello @rosbiffer,

If a user is already registered and clicks on join group button on group page, user will not be required to register again and he will join the group directly based on group.

I get that but I would like them to complete the group registration form to get some more profile information so I want them to complete it to become a member

    Hello @rosbiffer,

Currently, if user is already registered then the join group button does not redirect user to fill the registration form again, this is default work flow of plugin and it cannot be changed.

Users may edit their profile after login on site from profile page.

If I direct users to the group registration form when they are already logged in, the username, email and password fields appear, but are not editable which is fine. If I delete the password field from the registration form I get a warning that a random password will be generated – if they already have a password is that still the case?

    Hello @rosbiffer,

You are not required to remove the password field. If user is already registered and then goes to registration page, password field will not display to users after logged in and once user submits the form, it will not change the existing password. In this way, new users can create their own new password too.

I hope this helps, let us know if you have any other questions

It does, thank you. I do note on my page though that the password field does appear, along with the confirm password field, but it is not editable. Should it be hidden?
