Can't select picture – JS error in console

    Dear Support,

    I can’t select a new pic for my users, I get this error in console:

    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘controller’ of undefined(anonymous function) @ mpp.js?ver=a28f49cbe7d4cccc1f45c5a5a8955bf4:34m.event.dispatch @ load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,thickbox,jquery-ui-widget,jquery-ui-po…:4r.handle @ load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,thickbox,jquery-ui-widget,jquery-ui-po…:4

    I’m using Sahifa as a theme and W3 Total Cache as a cache.

    Any idea what can cause that?

    W3 Total Cache shouldn’t affect the admin area, so I don’t think that is the culprit. If you want to be sure, try disabling W3 Total Cache and try setting a profile picture.

    There’s not much I can suggest for troubleshooting aside from changing themes or looking to see if you have a plugin that does JavaScript minification, which usually is a common culprit in console errors.

    Thanks Ronald, it was the caching and it solved after a clear.
