Can’t Select Photo Size When Uploading a Photo

  • Hello,

    When I upload a new photo…..for size….I can only upload “Full Size” photos, and all the other options are grayed out. I cannot figure out why I cannot choose medium size or large size etc.

    Does anyone have any ideas?
