Can’t Select or Upload Image in Newsletter

    After installing the most recent update I can not longer Select An Image when creating a newsletter. This happens when replacing an image and when inserting a new image.

    The media library screen is a white blank screen.

    This doesn’t happen in other areas of my site. I am able, for example, to insert a new image in a post or page.

    Please advise.

    Our developers confirmed that it’s a bug and are working on releasing a fix.

    Are you hosted on WordPress.com or have Jetpack plugin activated?

    Hi Elvira,

    I’m not hosted on wordpress.com, but I do have the jetpack plugin activated. I testing all of my plugins individually in troubleshooting mode, and it is definitely jetpack that is causing the issue. I guess I’ll have to disable jetpack when I’m working in Mailpoet until there’s a fix. Correct?

    Yep, please do that. The next MailPoet update will include a permanent fix for this conflict.
