    Hi,

I just installed the astra theme and this plugin.
First to select a template I have to select my desired builder. I would like to use Elementor. But nothing happens when I click on it. Even all the others aren’t clickable.

Also I noticed a few other things aren’t clickable when this plugin is installed.
In the themes tab I can’t click on “Details” of the theme. Not on astra, not on the basic twenty two or whatever.

When I uninstall this plugin, the theme details are clickable again, but I can’t import the data.

Is there a way to get this to work without of the use of this plugin?

    Thank you very much.

I’m using the latest version of wordpress (cleaninstall a few minutes ago).
No other plugins or anything installed.

I also installed Elementor manually. Still the same problem.

Hey Guys. What was this fix here? Same scenario on a Godaddy server. Fresh install of 5.4.1, tried manually installing elementor, also even spun php back as far as 5.6. Still No luck =(

Also tried edge private window, chrome incognito, etc.

    Hi,

the support send me a lot of errors what is happening. Look into the dev console and look for any errors. I had an js error.

Something is working with your website set up for that the JS files are redirected.

Please contact your server administrator to fix this issue.

The issue is not with the Starter Sites plugin. So, Once in the console log there is no errors then Starter Sites will work as expected.

    Thats what they wrote.

For me it fixed it by just deleting everything, creating a new database, temporary disabled my .htaccess.

I think the .htaccess was the problem here, but I‘m not quite sure.

    Kind regards,
    Jona

    Thanks for updating us, @jonalange!

Glad that the issue has been resolved.

Usually, such errors can cause interruption in the import process of Starter Templates and even conflict with other features of the website.

And as my colleague mentioned they could be resolved with the help of the Server Admin, as it seemed to be coming from the core files. So might be a Re-install of WordPress setup could have helped.

Do let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Have a nice day and weekend ahead. Stay safe! ??

    Regards,
    Suman
