“can’t select database” error

Hi, I just tried the “5 minute install” — the first time I accidently had the password being the username, so first got the “cannot connect to database” error… then I fixed it and now it says “can’t select database” — as if it’s already bypassed the database table setup.

That install page is supposed to set them up… how do I go back?
