    Hi,

    Ive tried to install this plugin but cannot get the business location dropdown to populate.

    I’ve followed the instructions in this post re: ssl / endpoints / cUrl and everything, as far as I can see, is set correctly :

    Theres only one location set in the account also, so not that.

    If I look at the logs its pulling the locations back, it just wont display them in the settings.

    Hope someone can assist.

  • Hi there,

    This can happen when there is a plugin conflict – if you can try to disable all but WooCommerce and Square, and then do a connect with Square. If it does not connect still, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hi Mike
    Thanks for responding however we’ve had to give up on the Square / Woo integration as it just seemed way too flaky (Square not the plugin). I was having similar issues with another Square plugin giving spurious error codes

    According to them it was a conflict in our actual theme (Listable) that was causing the issue. Either way I’d spent far too long trying to get this up and running (I had already tried de-activating plugins with no luck) so gave up and went with Stripe which was up & running 2 mins after install.
