Can’t seethe WaveSurfer on webpage

  • Hello, since I updated to version 1.21.6, the wavesurfer has disappeared from the page. All modules are updated and also the latest version 1.21.7 but it still doesn’t work. I already cleared the cache. Help please

    Try reset cache plugins, that you have installed like WP Super Cache or other.
    Also try go to WP Settings -> Permalinks and click Save Settings to update permalinks on your website.

    If it is not help, try temporary disable plugins which “optimise” your website like Autooptimize and other.

    If problem still exists you need to look at error_log file on your server, copy errors and send them to me.

    I’m not sure if you have the latest version of WaveSurfer module. Go to Gmedia Modules page and update modules to the latest version. Also be sure that all color fields in WaveSurfer settings are filled with the color.

    Hello I have the latest version of WaveSurfer and the color settings are fine. This problem started with version 1.21.6.

    Ok, there is new release of Gmedia Gallery plugin. Please, update to the v1.21.8 and tell if it fix the problem.
