Can’t seem to restrict post display by category

    I am trying to create a post widget that only displays posts with a certain category (such as this page: https://poole.media/category/featured/). I am selecting the “recent posts” widget and selecting “featured” on the “taxonomies” tab but I am getting all of the posts, not just the selected ones. What am I missing?

    Thank you very much for choosing Widget Options! Regarding your concern, the Taxonomies tab is only for widget visibilities and not for the widget contents. Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

    Good to know. I solved this problem by using an additional plugin that allows displaying content based on taxonomy.
