Can't seem to make it work?

    which is the reset link? On my screen, at the top of the plugins settings page, When I hover over eachm it’s alt text opens above the icon and cannot be read.

    FWIW, i have clicked on each but that has not caused the splash page to work.

    I do see a message that say WSI is not working but I do not see anything that explains what WSI is or what it does so I do not know if that is the reason why I cannot get a splash page.
