Cant seem to get streampad plugin showing on wordpress website.

We have Streampad music player plugin running on our wordpress website but the player only appears on the mac, not on a windows xp. This will be a problem as this website is for a school radio project and all the school computers are windows xp. Does anyone have any tips / ideas to get it running, the songs are there and waiting but the music player bar only appears on the mac. We have checked the web browser but that doesn’t appear to be the problem. If anyone knows whats wrong or can help please do.
