• Hi there,

    Recently added Post Expirator and using it on a custom post type (Portfolio). For some reason scheduling posts doesn’t seem to work. My Debug Log below:

    2013-05-09 14:17:21	2771 -> SCHEDULED at Sat, 15 Jun 2013 10:00:00 +0000 (1371290400) with options Array ( [expireType] => delete [id] => 2771 )
    2013-05-09 14:17:21	2771 -> UNSCHEDULED
    2013-05-09 14:16:46	2771 -> SCHEDULED at Sat, 15 Jun 2013 10:00:00 +0000 (1371290400) with options Array ( [expireType] => delete [id] => 2771 )
    2013-05-09 14:13:02	2770 -> SCHEDULED at Thu, 09 May 2013 14:14:00 +0000 (1368108840) with options Array ( [expireType] => delete [id] => 2770 )
    2013-05-09 14:13:02	2770 -> UNSCHEDULED

    Any help would be highly appreciated!

  • Ah OK. Thanks for the info.

    I installed WP again using SimpleScripts (like I did for the original install) and only put Post Expirator in. It works fine. It must be a conflicting with another plugin. Please advise.

    Any progress?

    This is still broken. I haven’t had a response in 3 months. Has there been any progress?

    I can see there are many other threads with the exact same issue. Is this being worked on?

    I have this on my list to set some time aside to investigate. I have not yet had a circumstance where I have been able to reproduce the issue on my own, which makes it challenging to correct.

    I can offer access to the site if that helps.

    I’ve had the same problem. Disabling Super Cache plug-in fixed it straightaway so definitely looks like a conflict.

    Great plug-in BTW – hope there’s a workaround!

    I also can’t seem to get it to work.
    I’m using WP 3.7.1 with the Blessings theme.
    I see soem logging on this thread. Can anyone tell me how where to find that?

    Cheers
    H.

    Hi everybody,

    I checked my plugin list with Eric’s and after disable ‘Ultimate TinyMCE’ and update a failed expired post, the plugin goes on working FYI.

    Great plugin Aaron.

    Cheers,

    Alberto

    Good to know, infrcl. I run Ultimate TinyMCE on every installation and don’t have the option of turning it off. My clients need it. I hope this helps get it fixed.
