    I have setup the plugin using a suitable API key from Cashflows/VoicePay. When I attempt a test transaction of 10p, clicking ‘Submit’ doesn’t successfully send the payment. Instead the form simply clears and the order remains as ‘awaiting payment’ in the WordPress back end. Cashflows also inform me that no payments have reached them.

    Hi Shaun
    The payment gateway you are using with Cashflows/VoicePay is different than the gateway we are using with our plugin. Our plugin will only work with the NMI Gateway or an NMI branded reseller, so that would explain the issue you’re having when entering your Cashflows/VoicePay API key and trying to submit a payment.     I don’t understand the terminology fully, but Cashflows/Voicepay insist they are compatible with the NMI Gateway and have successfully integrated with other websites in the past.

    Also, I assumed your plugin WAS the gateway? And you’re saying it only works WITH the NMI Gateway? Can you see where I’m confused?

    I apologise, I have spoken to Cashflows and they have informed me we need a separate account with NMI if we wish to make it compatible with your plugin.
