Can’t see your chat icon on our site

    Hi,

    We’ve installed and activated your plug-in on our WordPress 5.1.1 Astra theme but it’s not visible. Also, we’ve run through your Basic Trouble-shooting but nothing happened. Please look into it and suggest a solution or we’ve to take your plug-in off.

    Please make sure that you do not have any other plugins or chatbots connected. I think this is what is causing the issue.

    We don’t have any other chat plug-in installed other than MobileMonkey. I noticed that your plugin is not tested on WordPress 5.1.1 version, could that be the reason for this glitch. Please suggest a solution.

    This issue should be resolved by WordPress. If this is not resolved please respond and this ticket will reopen.
