Can’t see woocommerce order but can see order id in stripe backend

  • Hi @jakhotiya – The other thread you’re referencing happened to be that the orders missing were actually being made on a staging site. They still showed up in Stripe, but were being placed on the secondary site.

    Do you happen to have a staging site?

    I have the same issue. Order ID is available in Stripe but the order can not be found in WordPress.

    Would you please assist me in this?
