Can’t see which product a client bought

Hi there,

I’ve just placed a test order on your website and I see what you mean – both the order confirmation page and the email refers to 0.00 PLN.

One thing I did notice was that the styling and formating from the email seems to be missing and I’m wondering whether there are any template overrides in place. To check for that, please share a copy of your status report found under **WooCommerce > System Status**

Hi Adam,

It sounds like something is conflicting with WooCommerce here, which is causing these issues.
To test, first, you’ll want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then test. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you. If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one to see where the issue is coming from. If you don’t want to test on your live site, then create a staging site using a plugin called WP Staging.
