I defined the website URL field as mandatory Yet useres can’t see it when filling the form from front end.

Not sure. If you have a URL where the form is displayed, I would be glad to take a look see if anything looks weird or whatever.

Let me explain my goals. My website is built in order to help businesses getting financial aid from doners during the covid-19 era. All services are totally free. Registered businesses are invited to appear in the website by submitting a post with the business data. Registered surfers, willing to help, can leave private message to the business via its post with his or hers meta data enabling direct private communication, via emails, WhatsApp or SMS, and visit the businesses website. I need a custom email I wish surfers can send directly to the business email address including the surfer meta data (Name, email address, mobile phone number. and some free text added by the helping surfer.) This feature can replace the “Comments” feature. Thank you.

If you have a URL where I can view the form, I will be glad to take a look. None of the URLs you have provided display the form though, so there is nothing I can do. Also we are not allowed to log in to any sites, just FYI.

Thank you I now understand that the URL address field is visible only to users that are not logged in. If by default it gets the data from the logged in user profile. Since I determined that Only logged in users can publish posts, and it isn’t mandatory to fill a website URL address on registration, many members didn’t find a field to fill a website address.

There is only one feature that I desperately need is ability to send a custom email created by predefined email template to the post’s author, including logged in sender name, mobile number, taken from his or her profile meta data, and a short text. (Like a predefined custom comment) Thank you very much
