Since the Transaction ID is in the hidden meta data, you can install something like Post Meta Inspector to view it until this is updated. It makes all meta information available to be seen under all post types.

@jigarkg91 It appears that the transaction ID is visible within the order, we were just overlooking it. It is at the top under the order number.
