Can’t see the videos

  • I am trying to add the shortcode to a widget, but instead of seeing the videos from the channel I see the shortcode itself.
    I try to embed a video and I can see it perfectly, and I also try with another channel which is being use in other page and I do not see it neither.
    What should I do to make this work?
