Can’t see the themes in the dashboard, themes don’t load

    I switched the name of my domain, so I don’t know if this is related or not. What I do know is that in the dashboard, I no longer see thumbnails of the themes I uploaded. If I attempt to preview them, they never show changes to my blog, unless I’m using Classic or default. If I activate the theme, only classic or default actually changes the appearance of the blog. If I use any other theme, I just have the themes color, and maybe the layout, but the header won’t ever be there.

    When I right click where the header should be and ask to see the images, I get this message:

    You don’t have permission to access /wp-content/themes/ink-and-wash/images/topbg.jpg on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    All of the themes, which I get from www.remarpro.com, have this reaction (again, unless they’re the Classic or Default themes).

    What must I do?
